At Unfiltered Saints, most items are made to order. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing & Delivery
Our estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. New releases, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, and periods of high order volume may extend this timeframe.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive the notification.
Separate Packages
Because items may be fulfilled from different facilities, products from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Address Changes
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. Orders move into production quickly, so address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact page.
Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves the fulfillment facility. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check the shipping address, surrounding delivery areas, household members, and neighbors before contacting the carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect because of an error by Unfiltered Saints or our fulfillment partner, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination and may exceed the 5–7 business-day estimate. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.
